Last Thursday evening the Clear Review team put on their glad rags and headed to Twickenham Stadium for The UK Employee Engagement Awards. The awards, which are now in their fourth year, celebrate the best of employee engagement around the UK and Europe, recognising organisations that prioritise workforce engagement and make it a core part of their business — something that we at Clear Review are extremely passionate about.
Hosted by Edith Bowman, and with entertainment from the London Party Band, the team had a great evening. To top off the celebrations, we’re extremely proud to have won the UK Employee Engagement ‘Vendor of the Year’ Award for our work in helping organisations to achieve better performance management outcomes via more continuous and meaningful performance and development conversations.
“It is fantastic that the Clear Review team has been acknowledged for the impact we’re making on the workplace” said Stuart Hearn, Clear Review’s Founder and CEO. “We’re growing quickly due to the market crying out for a technology partner who provides a simple but powerful alternative to the traditional annual appraisal model. For us it’s exciting to see that the area of performance is no longer being viewed in terms of the old ‘tick-box and compliance’ approach that traditional annual appraisals upheld. But rather it’s seen as key driver of employee engagement and wellbeing. This award is testament to both our dedicated team, and our brilliant, forward-thinking customers who are continually striving to create more effective performance and development environments for their talent.”
Congratulations to Hive HR for picking up the ‘highly commended’ honours, and all other winners and nominees. With this award under our belt, we’re looking forward to great things in 2019!
