You are cordially invited to our latest webinar, produced in assocation with HR Grapevine and the Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA).

We’ll be exploring the difficulty of driving change in this huge, complex and varied world, where every penny counts and even the biggest organisations are being pressured to do more with less.

Introduced by our own Dan Anticich, we’ll be drawing on our experiences working with public sector organisations to end the tyranny of the annual appraisal and introduce continuous performance development (we’ve done it with Waltham Forest Council, Newport City Council, the Valuation Office Agency, the Supreme Court and many more).

Alongside Dan will be Leatham Green, executive director at the PPMA, founder of Mindful HR and veteran HR leader of, among others, East Sussex County Council. And we’ll be getting insights and ideas from Isabelle Hurrell, who led the delivery of continuous performance management at Waltham Forest Council and who specialises in managing complex public sector projects for the consultancy Basis.

Come along, ask questions, share your own stories, jokes and frustrations, and discover

  • Why ditching annual appraisals can be so hard
  • How to win hearts and minds for a more continuous approach
  • How to ensure visibility, transparency and accountability from performance and people development
  • Practical guidance from successful continuous performance launches.

Join us at 1pm on July 2nd, 2019. You can register for the event here.
